Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at Mercer University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. She then continued her studies at Regent University and earned her Juris Doctor in two years through the school’s accelerated honors program. For years, Ashley has been representing individuals and corporations in personal injury actions. She began as a plaintiff’s attorney with a small firm, representing insurance companies in subrogation actions. She has also worked as staff counsel for two of the country’s largest insurance companies. In those roles, she refined her litigation skills and gained valuable first-chair trial experience. She has also obtained training and certification from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
In October 2019, Ashley joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex where her practice focuses on civil litigation. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Georgia, as well as Georgia’s Court of Appeals and is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
