Davis attended the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science.  He is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Mercer University School of Law where he has earned distinction as a member of the Dean’s List and Mercer Law Review.  He has completed internships with the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Athens, Georgia and the Georgia Attorney General’s Office.

Davis originally joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex as a Law Clerk during his 3L year.  Since his admission to the bar in 2021, his practice has focused on defense of automobile claims, first party matters and premises/general liability.  He is admitted to all of the State Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Davis and his wife reside in Buford, Georgia.
