A native of Gwinnett County, Eric received his Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2018. He continued his education at the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Benjamin Hawkins and Law School Association scholarships. Through his time in law school, he advocated in the UGA Veterans Legal Clinic on behalf of wounded veterans and was a hearing panelist for the Honor Court. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2021 and joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex originally as a law clerk while awaiting licensure.
His practice focuses primarily on auto and premises liability defense. Eric currently serves as chair of the firm’s social committee.
Eric and his girlfriend reside with their cat in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
