A native of Augusta, Georgia, Mallory attended Georgia Southern University where she received a Bachelor of Art in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations. During her time at Georgia Southern, Mallory studied abroad in London and spent two summers interning on Capitol Hill. She continued her education at Emory University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in May 2022. While in law school, Mallory interned for the Chief Judge of United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and worked for firms focusing on bankruptcy and small business transactions.

Mallory joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex in October 2022 shortly after passing the Georgia bar exam.  She is sworn into practice before all Georgia Courts and her practice focuses on auto and premises liability as well as commercial general liability.

A resident of Atlanta, Georgia, Mallory enjoys long distance running and traveling in her free time.
